Partnering Campuses, Fellowships and College Groups

The key to the viability of the GoCorps initiative is the partnerships with local campus leaders that make the sending of their graduating seniors and young adults to serve among the least reached a part of their discipleship and ministry strategy. After years of sending students on short-term missions over spring break and the summers, campus leaders across North America are beginning to make mid-term missions a part of their mobilization strategy. Partnering campuses are the Christian college campuses, campus fellowships and churches that cast the vision and make the invitation for their students and young adults to serve globally for two years in their 20s.

GoCorps partnering campuses share the desire to see a growing percentage of their young adults pursue going and serving overseas for mid-term service placement (two years) as a first step after graduation. Partnering campuses' leadership share the understanding and belief that mobilizing recent Christian grads to mid-term missions placements is a crucial strategy toward raising up a generation of leaders with a more accurate world view as well as sending the next generation of those that will go long-term to the unreached toward the completion of the great commission.
